The posting

Die Yooji's Manufaktur, welche zur Two Spice AG gehört, bietet ein vielseitiges und exquisites Angebot an Sushi, Sashimi und vielem mehr. Die Produktionsstätte der Two Spice Manufaktur befindet sich in Rümlang und beschäftigt über 90 Mitarbeitende. Täglich werden diverse Köstlichkeiten vorgefertigt und mehrmals täglich an die Yooji's Restaurants und Stores geliefert. Auch eigens entwickelte Produkte für unsere japanische Retail Marke ZENBU, werden in der Manufaktur produziert. ZENBU Produkte wie Sushi, Poké, Onigiri und vegane Feinkost werden für Coop produziert und sind schweizweit direkt bei Coop erhältlich. Möchtest du Teil unseres Teams werden? Aufgaben

  • Einwandfreie Produktion, Verpackung und Kommissionierung der Produkte gemäss dem kommunizierten täglichen Bedarf unter Einhaltung aktueller Standards und Prozesse
  • Fehlerfreie Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Richtiges Kommissionieren von diversen Bestellungen
  • Diverse Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten und Einhaltung der Reinigungsstandards gemäss geltenden Reinigungs- und Hygienestandards
  • Pflege und Instandhaltung der Infrastruktur

Anforderungen

  • Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion, Produktion, Verpackung oder Kommissionierung von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lebensmitteln sowie Kenntnisse der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP) sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur dauerhaften Nachtschicht sowie zu Wochenend- und Feiertagseinsätzen
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft, überwiegend stehend zu arbeiten sowie regelmässig Lasten zu heben
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf A2-Niveau, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
