Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung einer ressourcengerechten Planung, Terminierung, Freigabe und Druck von Kunden\- und Fertigungsaufträgen
  • Überwachung \& Optimierung des Produktions\- und Lieferplans
  • Kontrolle der Lagerbestände und des Materialflusses
  • Erstellen und Pflegen von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten im ERP
  • Überprüfung und Korrektur der Vorgabezeiten in ERP
  • Erhebung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen
  • Teilnahme und Leitung von Sitzungen und Konferenzen
  • Sicherstellung der Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Abteilungen
  • Mitwirken bei Optimierungsprojekten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Prozessfachmann, Prozesstechniker HF
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung
  • Stilsichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit Office\-Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) sowie MS\-Projects
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP
  • Grundkenntnisse in LEAN Management
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Starkes vernetztes Denken (Abteilungs\- und Funktionsübergreifend)
  • Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in SAP / InforCOM von Vorteil
