Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Schweizer KMU mit rund 150 Mitarbeitenden und eigener Produktion mit Firmensitz in Schinznach\-Bad. Unser Kernmarkt ist die Schweiz, mit Ausstellungen in Zürich und Crissier. Seit 2025 sind wir mit einem Firmensitz und einer Ausstellung in Deutschland vertreten. Produkte werden zudem über Partner in ganz Europa vertrieben.

Als Edelstahlspezialist liegt unsere Kernkompetenz auf massgefertigten Edelstahl\-Arbeitsplatten sowie auf Spülen und Becken mit innovativer Ab\- und Überlauftechnik. Armaturen der Eigenmarke und ausgewählte Exklusivmodelle von Partnermarken ergänzen das Sortiment.

Produktmanager Edelstahlspezialist (m/w) ========================================

Das bewirken Sie ----------------

Sie verantworten den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus — von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Markteinführung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung. Dabei gestalten Sie aktiv unser Sortiment der Zukunft und treiben Innovationen, Marktpositionierung und Profitabilität voran.

  • Produktstrategie \& Roadmap: Entwicklung und Umsetzung zukunftsorientierter Produktstrategien, Sortimentskonzepte und Innovationsvorhaben.
  • Produktentwicklung \& Positionierung: Steuerung des Produktentstehungsprozesses, Definition von USPs und Value Propositions in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Vertrieb.
  • Pricing \& Marktanalyse: Durchführung von Markt\- und Wettbewerbsanalysen, sowie Kalkulation und Erarbeitung finaler Preisvorschläge.
  • Markteinführung: Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Launch\-Aktivitäten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam inkl. Erfolgskontrolle.
  • Sortimentspflege: Regelmässige Portfolio\-Analyse und gezielte Optimierung an Markt\- und Kundenbedürfnissen.

* Studium in Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Produktdesign oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Alternativ: Technische Grundausbildung * Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise in einem technischen B2B\-Umfeld * Erfahrung im Küchenumfeld von Vorteil – auch andere Branchen ausdrücklich willkommen * Analytische, strukturierte Denkweise verbunden mit Umsetzungsstärke, Eigeninitiative und hohem Qualitätsanspruch * Klare Kommunikation über Schnittstellen hinweg – intern wie extern
