Deine Aufgaben

  • Einkauf der Produkte und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten
  • Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen
  • Qualitätssicherung inkl. Vor\-Ort\-Kontrolle in den Verkaufsfilialen
  • Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Produkte inklusive Kalkulation
  • Absatzanalysen und Controlling der Produkt\-Rentabilität
  • Verwaltung der Systeme für Bestellprozesse und Stammdatenpflege
  • Erstellen von Marktanalysen und Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei Projekten

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement, Category Management oder Einkauf, im Idealfall im Detailhandel
  • Praktische Erfahrung in Vor\-Ort\-Produktion, Küche, Bäckerei oder vergleichbaren lebensmittelnahen Produktionsprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung oder Weiterentwicklung von rezeptbasierten Produkten von Vorteil
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Grund\- oder Weiterbildung
  • Fähigkeit, Produktideen sowohl aus Kunden\-, Produktions\- als auch betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht zu beurteilen
  • Unternehmerisches, kunden\- und filialorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Verständnis für Prozesse eines filialisierten Detailhandelbetriebes
  • Strukturierte und analytische Vorgehensweise sowie gute Selbstorganisation
  • Professionelle IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office/ERP)
