Das Portfolio umfasst verschiedene Energieträger wie Erd\- und Biogas, Strom, Heizöl und Holzenergie sowie ergänzende Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Energiemonitoring, Energiedaten und Nachhaltigkeitsreporting. Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse unserer Kund\innen und entwickelst daraus attraktive, wettbewerbsfähige und wirtschaftlich nachhaltige Produkte und Services. Dabei denkst du über die reine Energielieferung hinaus: Unser Multicommodity\-Angebot schafft Transparenz über Energieverbrauch, Kosten und Emissionen und stellt unseren Kund\innen relevante Kennzahlen und Daten für ihre Energie\- und Nachhaltigkeitssteuerung zur Verfügung. Du verantwortest den Produktlebenszyklus von der Produktidee über Konzeption, Business Case und Markteinführung bis zur laufenden Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung Du definierst Produktstrategie, Leistungsumfang, Positionierung und Roadmap Du stellst die Wirtschaftlichkeit und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Produktes sicher Du analysierst Kundenbedürfnisse, Markttrends und regulatorische Entwicklungen und leitest daraus neue Produkte und Services ab Dein Profil Für diese Position und unser Team bist du genau richtig, wenn du eine engagierte, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit viel Eigeninitiative bist. Idealerweise verfügst du über einen Abschluss einer Fachhochschule oder Hochschule im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich. Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement und/oder im Business Development mit \- vorzugsweise im B2B\-Umfeld der Energiebranche oder in verwandten Bereichen wie Telekommunikation oder IT. Du verstehst es, individuelle Kundenbedürfnisse in marktfähige, skalierbare Dienstleistungen und effiziente Prozesse zu überführen. Deine Affinität für Technologien und deine Leidenschaft für die Digitalisierung zeichnen dich aus. Als motivierte und kompetente Persönlichkeit übernimmst du gerne Verantwortung, baust Produkte von Grund auf und positionierst sie erfolgreich am Markt. Dank deiner analytisch\-konzeptionellen Denkweise behältst du auch bei komplexen Aufgabenstellungen stets den Überblick. Deine Muttersprache ist Deutsch und du kommunizierst sicher auf ösisch oder Englisch.
