Deere, Goupil, Club Car, Multihog und Redexim, sind nur einige der Spitzenprodukte aus dem umfangreichen Sortiment der Landtechnik AG. Wir sind der führende Spezialist in der Schweiz in den Bereichen Landmaschinen, professionelle Rasen\- und Grundstückspflege, Kommunal sowie Forsttechnik.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich als:

Produktmanager Kommunalmaschinen 80\-100% (w/m) ---------------------------------------------------

Du arbeitest entweder in Regensdorf, ZH oder an unserem Standort in Ersigen, BE mit regelmässiger Präsenz (ca. 2 Tage/Woche) am Hauptsitz in Regensdorf.

Technik, Verantwortung und Gestaltungsspielraum, genau dein ? Bei der Landtechnik AG wirst du als Produktmanager zur zentralen Schnittstelle zwischen Markt, Produkt, Lieferant und Vertrieb. Du gestaltest aktiv die Marktentwicklung, steuerst die Auftragsabwicklung und führst Produktschulungen durch. Dabei verbindest du technisches Fachwissen mit einem ausgeprägten Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche und kaufmännische Zusammenhänge.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst

  • Verantwortung für das Produktmanagement von Kommunalmaschinen
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Förderung des direkt unterstellten Sachbearbeiters
  • Einkauf und Preisgestaltung der zugewiesenen Produktegruppe
  • Unterstützung der Marktentwicklung im zuständigen Bereich
  • Verantwortlich für die Erstellung der notwendigen Verkaufs\-Tools für den Verkaufsaussendienst
  • Auftragsabwicklung inkl. Systempflege im MS Dynamics 365
  • Koordination, Umsetzung und optimale Nutzung der Marketingmassnahmen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkaufsinnen\- und Aussendienst, Regionalzentren, Werkstatt, Logistik, Ersatzteillager, Administration und Marketing
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von technischen Verkaufsberatern und Vertriebspartnern im zugewiesenen Bereich (Verkauf, Schulungen und Marketing)
  • Unterstützung in der Betreuung von strategischen Kunden und Key Accounts

Was du für deine Aufgabe mitbringst

  • Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich Kommunal, Nutzfahrzeuge, Automobilbereich, Land\- oder Baumaschinen und entsprechende Berufserfahrung
  • Weiterbildung im Verkauf, Marketing, Produktmanagement oder Betriebswirtschaft
  • Deutsch Muttersprache mit guten Kenntnissen in Englisch, ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähig, verhandlungsstark und ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz / ein «Macher»
