Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine(n) ProduktmanagerIn (m/w/d) mit einem Beschäftigungsgrad von 80%\-100%. Deine Aufgaben Leitung von Gesamt\- und Teilprojekten für neue Produkte und Produktänderungen Definition von Produktzielen und Anforderungen gemäss Markenstrategie DUSCHOLUX Einholen und Auswerten von internem und externem Feedback zur Produktoptimierung Unterstützung des Vertriebs (OEM\- und Objektgeschäft) Entwicklung neuer Produktideen durch Marktbeobachtung Umsetzung von Visionen in Konzepte und Projekte, intern und mit externen Partnern Koordination der internationalen Produktpolitik sowie Pflege von Marktanalysen und Dokumentationen Was du mitbringst Ausbildung/Studium im Produkt‑ oder Projektmanagement mit Projekterfahrung Hohes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise in der Maschinen‑, Metall‑ oder Sanitärbranche Erfahrung mit Markenherstellern und im Umgang mit technischen Materialien Überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten und sehr gute MS‑Office‑Kenntnisse Vernetztes Denken, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungssicherheit zur termingerechten Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Aufgaben Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, sehr gutes Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Was wir bieten Wir bieten dir eine vielseitige Tätigkeit in einem lebhaften Umfeld, in dem Eigeninitiative und selbstständiges Arbeiten geschätzt werden.
