Son institut des énergies (\[IE\](\< \>)) mène des projets de recherche appliquée et de développement (Ra\\\&D) dans le domaine de la transformation \\énergétique. Des réseaux intelligents à l'électronique de puissance, en passant par l'énergétique industrielle et le bâtiment, nous façonnons des solutions durables pour un monde plus responsable. ### MISSIONS PRINCIPALES \* Enseigner aux étudiant·es en ingénierie aux niveaux Bachelor de la filières HES \<\< Énergies et Techniques Environnementales \>\> et au Master MSE pour l'orientation \<\< Énergie et Environnement \>\> \* Diriger des travaux de diplôme et des projets d'étudiant·es à différents niveaux et contribuer au développement des cours de formation continue \* Développer et réaliser une activité de recherche appliquée, de développement et de service (Ra\\\&D) en partenariat avec les milieux professionnels et acad\\émiques dans le domaine de l'énergétique du bâtiment et des quartiers et ses domaines associés (physique thermique du bâtiment, sondes géothermiques, monitoring des bâtiments, ...) \* Déposer des demandes de financement pour obtenir des fonds tiers afin de développer des activités de recherche (OFEN, Innosuisse, par exemple) \* Participer aux activités de la HEIG\\-VD et de la HES\\-SO dans le domaine de spécialité ### PROFIL SOUHAITÉ \* Master en ingénierie ou en physique, un doctorat un atout \* Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 5 ans, en particulier dans des projets de Ra\\\&D dans le domaine de l\\'énergétique du bâtiment et ses domaines associés \* Goût pour la pédagogie, la formation et l'enseignement scientifique et technique \* Capacité à développer une activité de projets Ra\\\&D en collaboration avec l\\'industrie et les milieux académiques, comprenant notamment l'acquisition de financements et la gestion d'équipe \* Bonne connaissance du tissu industriel local, régional et national, les bureaux d'ingénieurs spécialisés \* Bon réseau industriel et académique, capacité à le développer et à contribuer à la visibilité de l'institut des Énergies \* Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, l'allemand un atout \\Taux d'activité\\ \\:\\ 80\\-100%, à convenir \\Entrée en fonction\\ \\:\\ 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir \\Renseignements\\ \\:\\ Marc Kunze, Chef du département TIN, Tél. \\Le dossier de candidature complet :\\ via Jobup uniquement \\Délai de postulation :\\ 14 octobre 2026 La Haute Ecole d'Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud (\[ \](\< \>)) offre des formations bachelor et master HES en ingénierie et en économie d'entreprise ainsi que des formations postgraduées.
