CSEM ist ein Technologie\-Innovationszentrum und eine nicht\-gewinnorientierte, öffentlich\-private Organisation. Mit mehr als 600 Mitarbeitenden an mehreren Standorten entwickelt CSEM Spitzentechnologien und überführt sie gemeinsam mit Industriepartnern in marktfähige Anwendungen. Die Hochschule Luzern \- Informatik und das Technologie\-Innovationszentrum CSEM bündeln ihre Kompetenzen in Künstlicher Intelligenz und Robotik. Mit einer gemeinsamen Professur für «Collective Human Robot Intelligence» stärken die beiden Partner Applied Physical AI in der Zentralschweiz und schaffen eine Brücke zwischen Forschung, Ausbildung und industrieller Innovation. Die Initiative erweitert die bestehenden Aktivitäten von CSEM und der Hochschule Luzern (HSLU) in einem dynamischen Technologiefeld. Im Fokus stehen Physical AI, industrielle KI, intelligente Automatisierung, autonome Systeme, mobile Robotik, Healthcare Robotics sowie Anwendungen in der Luft\- und Raumfahrt. Unternehmen erhalten dadurch Zugang zu Technologien, Talenten und gemeinsamen Innovationsprojekten. Für diese Professur suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine initiative Persönlichkeit. Die Position ist je zur Hälfte bei HSLU und CSEM angesiedelt und soll gemeinsame Forschungs\- und Innovationsaktivitäten mit Unternehmen, Forschungspartnern und öffentlichen Akteuren aufbauen und weiterentwickeln. Professor\*in \- Collective Human Robot Intelligence Ihre Aufgaben Anwendungsorientierte Forschungstätigkeit im Themengebiet Collective Human Robot Intelligence Akquisition und Leitung gemeinsamer Forschungs\- und Dienstleistungsprojekte mit Beteiligung von HSLU – Informatik und CSEM Aufbau, Positionierung und Ausbau der gemeinsamen Partnerschaft zwischen HSLU – Informatik und CSEM im Bereich Applied Physical AI Lehrtätigkeit sowie Aufgaben im Rahmen der Studierendenakquisition und der Vermarktung der Studiengänge runden das Aufgabengebiet ab Lehre auf Bachelor\- und Masterlevel Betreuung von Studierendenarbeiten (Bachelor\- und Masterlevel) Möglichkeit zur Mitarbeit an Weiterbildungsangeboten (z.B.
