August 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung Die Pädagogische Hochschule Zürich gestaltet Bildung, Schule und Unterricht von heute und morgen in Lehre und Forschung aktiv mit. Die Abteilung Weiterbildung und Beratung bietet praxisorientierte und wissenschaftsbasierte Weiterbildungen für Lehrpersonen und Schulleitungen aller Volksschulstufen an \- von CAS\-Lehrgängen über schulinterne Weiterbildungen bis hin zu Beratungssettings und Prozessbegleitungen an Schulen. Die Professor:innenstelle Educational Leadership leistet einen wesentlichen Lehr\- und Forschungsbeitrag zur Frage von Educational Leadership in der Schweiz. Sie ist in der Abteilung Weiterbildung und Beratung des Prorektorats Weiterbildung und Dienstleistungen im Zentrum Management und Leadership angesiedelt. Die Stelle beinhaltet eigenständige Forschungstätigkeit, aber auch Lehr\- und / oder Beratungstätigkeit für Führungspersonen im Rahmen der Angebote des Zentrums. Der oder die Stelleninhaber:in ist international und national, sowohl in der Wissenschaft als auch in der Praxis gut vernetzt und repräsentiert die Hochschule und das Fachgebiet nach innen und aussen. Im Zentrum Management und Leadership dient die Stelle der kollaborativen Stärkung und Entwicklung von Forschungsperspektiven auf das Feld der Educational Leadership. Die enge Kooperation mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen der Weiterbildung und Beratung sowie Forschung und Entwicklung wird erwartet. Die Stelle ist unbefristet. Abhängig vom Qualifikations\- und Leistungsausweis der bewerbenden Person ist auch eine Besetzung als Assistenzprofessur mit Tenure Track möglich. Bei Erfüllung der festgelegten Kriterien wird die Stelle nach sechs Jahren entfristet. Das bewegen Sie. Konzeption und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten im Bereich Educational Leadership in der Schweiz Konzeption, Gestaltung und Mitarbeit in der Aus\- und Weiterbildung von Führungspersonen in Bildungsorganisationen im Zentrum Management und Leadership (MAL) Beratung und Begleitung von Führungspersonen und Bildungsorganisationen sowie akademischem Nachwuchs Stärkung der Forschungsperspektiven im Zentrum MAL Vertretung des Themenfeldes und der Hochschule nach aussen (international und national, Wissenschaft und Praxis) Das bringen Sie mit. Einschlägige Promotion Habilitation oder habilitationsadäquater Leistungsausweis im Themenfeld Educational Leadership erwünscht Hochschuldidaktische Qualifikation (z. B. CAS Hochschuldidaktik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) Ausgewiesene Forschungskompetenz inkl. erfolgreiche Einwerbung, Durchführung und Leitung von Drittmittelprojekten Umfangreiche Publikationstätigkeit auf qualitativ hohem Niveau sowie breite Vernetzung in der internationalen Forschungsgemeinschaft des Fachgebiets Erfahrungen in der Aus\- und Weiterbildung, insbesondere in der Beratung und Begleitung von Führungspersonen in Bildungsorganisationen Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit (Wissenschaft und Praxis) Bereitschaft zu enger Kooperation innerhalb der Hochschule Das wird Sie begeistern.
