Notre client, situé dans la banlieue de Fribourg, a lancé depuis quelques années un vaste programme de digitalisation de ses services.

Afin de mieux structurer et organiser l'évolution de son système d'information, il nous a sollicité pour la recherche d'un/d'une

Program Manager FR-EN (H/F)

qui viendra s'intégrer dans un grand département informatique de plus de 200 collaborateurs.

Vous serez en charge de gérer une équipe de 6 chefs de projet travaillant sur la digitalisation de l'ensemble du service.

Vous aurez la responsabilité de garantir que l'intégralité du programme atteint ses objectifs, dans le respect des délais et des budgets et vous aurez dans vos équipes projets différents profils : chefs de projet, collaborateurs issus des métiers, architectes solutions, développeurs et partenaires externes.

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure en informatique (université, HES, équivalent étranger)
  • Formation en gestion de projets (Hermes, Agile) ou expertise démontrée
  • Expérience de plus de 10 ans comme responsable de programme IT de grande envergure, orientation applications informatiques
  • Une expérience dans le milieu des administrations publiques est un fort atout
  • Expérience dans la gestion parallèle de plusieurs projets
  • Personnalité : fédérateur, bon négociateur, esprit analytique et de synthèse
  • Excellente maitrise du français, anglais technique
  • Nationalité suisse, permis de travail valable ou citoyen de l'Union Européenne
