Programmeur CNC spécialisé en Horlogerie

Mission :

* Élaborer des programmes d-usinage en respectant les impératifs de qualité, de production et des standards liés à la société

* Choisir la méthode d-usinage en garantissant les temps de cycle, les coûts, la qualité et les délais

* Effectuer les mises en train et réglages machines CNC 3 axes et 5 axes simultanés.

* Assurer la qualité de la production par contrôle conventionnel.

* Vous programmez des pièces complexes sous Alphacam avec aisance.

* Les Willemin-Macodel font partie de votre quotidien.

* Les commandes Fanuc sont pour vous un outil de travail, pas une difficulté.

  • Vous maitrisez l-usinage des alliages communs à l-industrie du luxe.
  • Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, méthodique, autonome et orientée solutions

* Vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse et un intérêt marqué pour la recherche de solutions techniques

* Vous veillez à la conformité de chaque pièce grâce aux outils de contrôle à disposition.

Votre profil

* Formation de mécanicien de précision, polymécanicien, micro-mécanicien ou formation jugée équivalente.

* Expérience confirmée dans le domaine de l-usinage

* Bonnes connaissances des langages de programmation

* Méthodique, rigoureux et consciencieux

* Autonome et sens des responsabilités

* Esprit d-équipe
