LIBERECO ist eine unabhängige Schweizer NGO, die sich für den Schutz der Menschenrechte in Belarus und der Ukraine engagiert und humanitäre Arbeit leistet.

Wir suchen in Zürich zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine dynamische Person als

Programmverantwortliche:n Belarus 80 %

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Länderprogramms Belarus
  • Betreuung unserer Patenschaften schweizerischer und europäischer Abgeordneter für politische Gefangene in Belarus
  • Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung unserer medizinischen und humanitären Direkthilfe für die Opfer politischer Verfolgung aus Belarus
  • Recherche von Menschenrechtsverletzungen in Belarus und Verfassen diesbezüglicher Berichte und Texte für Publikationen, Webseite und Newsletter
  • Ausarbeitung von Projektanträgen für institutionelle Geldgeber
  • Projekt-Monitoring gegenüber unseren Partnerorganisationen und Projekt-Reporting gegenüber institutionellen Geldgebern
  • Organisation und Durchführung öffentlichkeitswirksamer Kampagnen, Aktionen und Veranstaltungen
  • Parlamentarische Lobby-Arbeit und Betreuung der Freundschaftsgruppe Schweiz-Demokratisches Belarus
  • Networking mit anderen NGOs, Multiplikatoren und Mitgliedern

Unsere Anforderungen an dich:

  • du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen in der Programm- oder Projektleitung in einer NGO, vorzugsweise im Menschenrechtsbereich, der Entwicklungszusammenarbeit oder humanitären Hilfe
  • du hast umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Ausarbeitung von Projektanträgen, im Projekt-Monitoring und Projekt-Reporting
  • du bist geübt in der selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Umsetzung von Projekten mit internationalen Projektpartnern
  • du hast Erfahrungen in der Kampagnen- und Lobbyarbeit
  • du kannst Menschenrechtsthemen und komplexe Recherche-Ergebnisse verständlich und fokussiert zusammenfassen und kommunizieren
  • du bist sehr kommunikativ und selbstorganisiert, setzt selbstständig Prioritäten, bist initiativ, pragmatisch, zuverlässig und genau
  • du arbeitest gerne in einem kleinen Team und bringst eigene Ideen aktiv ein
  • du sprichst muttersprachlich Deutsch und fliessend Englisch, Kenntnisse in Russisch oder Belarusisch sind sehr wünschenswert
