Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • Hochschulabschluss in Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik
  • Mindestens 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Fliessende Englisch\- oder Deutschkenntnisse sowie Türkischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit grossen und komplexen Projekten
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit internationalen Engineering\-, Beschaffungs\- und Bauprojekten
  • Fundiertes Verständnis des gesamten EPC\-Projektlebenszyklus, einschliesslich Engineering, Beschaffung, Bau und Inbetriebnahme
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit in einem multinationalen und multidisziplinären Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Stakeholder\-Management
  • Erfahrung in der Einführung und Anwendung der unternehmenseigenen ENKA\-Systeme EGFS, EGPS, EDMS und EGHR ist von Vorteil

Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Koordination sämtlicher Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit dem Bauprojekt
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ingenieuren, Architekten und weiteren Fachpersonen zur Festlegung der Projektspezifikationen
  • Führung und Koordination sämtlicher Fachbereichsleiter, insbesondere in den Bereichen HSE, Qualitätssicherung (QA), Business Management, Bau, Mechanik, Elektrik und Automation auf der Baustelle
  • Ermittlung und Planung der erforderlichen Ressourcen – Personal, Ausrüstung und Materialien – vom Projektbeginn bis zum Projektabschluss unter Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben
  • Planung sämtlicher Bauaktivitäten und Zwischenphasen zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Termine
  • Beschaffung von Ausrüstung und Materialien sowie Überwachung der Lagerbestände, um Engpässe rechtzeitig zu beheben
  • Sicherstellung der vollständigen Erbringung sämtlicher im Projektumfang enthaltenen Leistungen
  • Verantwortung für die übergeordnete Projektstrategie, Projektausrichtung und Projektperformance
  • Gesamtkoordination und Abstimmung mit den Vertretern des Auftraggebers
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung des HSE\-Managementplans des Projekts
  • Kontrolle und Überwachung von Budget und Terminplan
  • Sicherstellung, dass sämtliche Arbeiten gemäss den geltenden QA\-Verfahren ausgeführt werden

  • Erfahrung mit internationalen Projekten ist von Vorteil

Kompetenzen und Entscheidungsbefugnisse

  • Genehmigung bzw. Ablehnung von Arbeitszeitnachweisen
  • Endgültige Genehmigung der täglichen Produktionsberichte
  • Endgültige Genehmigung von Budget und Terminplan
  • Genehmigung der Rekrutierung von Personal für die Bereiche Construction und Business Management
  • Genehmigung der Vergabe von Bau\-Subunternehmerverträgen und Bestellungen
  • Befugnis, die Arbeiten bei unsicheren Arbeitsbedingungen zu stoppen
  • Genehmigung von Abteilungsverfahren
  • Genehmigung bzw. Ablehnung von Reisegenehmigungen und Spesenabrechnungen
