Marvinpac, une entreprise dynamique et innovante, recherche un Chef de projet 50 %. En collaboration avec nos équipes basées en Suisse et en République tchèque, vous ferez partie d-une équipe soudée et dévouée, où l-esprit d-équipe et une atmosphère positive sont essentiels.

En tant que Chef de projet, vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la mise en œuvre des projets qui vous seront confiés : intégration réussie dans l-entreprise, respect des délais et des normes de qualité, ainsi que suivi des plannings et des budgets.

Nous recherchons un membre d-équipe autonome, reconnu pour son esprit d-équipe et sa capacité à apporter une touche personnelle dans un environnement collaboratif et convivial. Responsabilités, activités et tâches du poste :

  • Gestion de projets internationaux
  • Coordination de toutes les activités liées aux lancements de nouveaux produits, de la phase de brief marketing à la première livraison conforme au client
  • Préparation du calendrier et du plan d-action pour l-équipe à partager avec le client
  • Contrôle des sous-tâches au sein des différents départements
  • Informer régulièrement le client de l-avancement du projet et gérer toutes les problématiques
  • Travail avec des équipes internationales transversales
  • Suivi de chaque phase du projet dans les délais
  • Suivi des différentes étapes du développement produit en collaboration avec les départements internes
  • Gestion agile des projets pour assurer la livraison du nouveau produit dans les délais du Time To Market
  • Escalade immédiate des problèmes critiques dans le projet (interne, externe)
  • Suivi des jalons clés. Après chaque jalon ou à une date spécifiée, rapport à la direction
  • Suivi et contrôle du budget du projet, y compris les ressources humaines
  • Soutien à tous les membres du projet
  • Organisation régulière de réunions d-équipe
  • Reporting de l-état du projet au client (Marketing, Achats, Qualité)
  • Gestion de la production zéro avec la participation du client pour valider tous les paramètres demandés. "Échantillons d-or" approuvés par le client

Compétences attendues :

  • Capacité à attribuer des tâches aux membres de l-équipe projet issus de différents départements et à assurer leur réalisation dans les délais
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les fournisseurs et les clients
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet
  • Au moins 3 ans d-expérience avérée dans un poste similaire
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-anglais parlé et écrit
  • Organisé et rigoureux, orienté solution
  • Capacité à gérer le stress
  • Autonome et proactif

Compétences appréciées :

  • Connaissance des directives de design graphique
  • Expérience en emballage primaire et secondaire
  • Connaissance des conditions de production industrielle et de l-automatisation
  • Familiarité avec l-industrie de la vaisselle

* Une expérience préalable dans l-industrie de l-emballage/conditionnement ou dans les secteurs de la sous-traitance/co-packing sera certainement un atout pour votre candidature.
