Deine Hauptaufgaben ###

  • Selbstständige Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Facility Management unter Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben
  • Planung und Realisierung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagenersatz- und Modernisierungsprojekten
  • Evaluation, Beschaffung und Einführung neuer technischer Anlagen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung technischer Optimierungen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Verfügbarkeit und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Koordination von Fachplanern sowie Betreuung von GU- und TU-Mandaten während sämtlicher Projektphasen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, HLKKSE oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Weiterbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Projekte, vorzugsweise im Bereich Facility Management oder im industriellen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, technisches Verständnis sowie eine Affinität zu Zahlen und zur Kostenkontrolle
  • SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1), Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
