Vom Bund als Zentrumsspital eingestuft und mit einem öffentlichen Leistungsauftrag ausgestattet, bildet die Klinik einen essentiellen Bestandteil der regionalen Gesundheitsversorgung und engagiert sich mit und innerhalb der Hirslanden-Gruppe für die Weiterentwicklung des «Continuum of Care».

 

In deiner Rolle als Project Manager Immobilien arbeitest du eng mit dem lokalen Infrastrukturteam zusammen und bist in die regionale Organisation eingebunden. Gleichzeitig bist du ein wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen Klinik und Corporate Office und vertrittst die Interessen der Hirslanden Gruppe der langfristigen Immobilienentwicklungs- und Instandhaltungsstrategie.

DEINE AUFGABEN ##

  • Bauherren- und Eigentümervertretung bei Investitionsprojekten der Hirslanden-Gruppe in der Versorgungsregion Zentralschweiz
  • Hauptansprechpartner für die externen Planungsteams und Begleitung der Beschaffungsprozesse bei Immobilienprojekten
  • Projektleitung auf Bauherrenseite und Umsetzung der Projekte (Kontrolle von Qualität, Kosten, Terminen, Freigabe der entsprechenden Phasendokumente)
  • Erarbeitung der Immobilienstrategie auf Ebene Versorgungsregion und Objekt sowie Führung der Nutzergruppen bei der Definition der Nutzerbedürfnisse resp. Betriebskonzepte
  • Bewirtschaftung der Instandsetzungsplanung der Immobilien (10-Jahres-Perspektive) 
  • Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Investitionsanträgen sowie der Direktion bei der Mittelfristplanung von Bauprojekten, Ersatzinvestitionen, Umbauten und Sanierungen

DEIN PROFIL ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Architekt oder Bauingenieur auf Stufe ETH / FH oder als dipl. Bautechniker FH / HF Bauleiter, betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung und in der Vertretung gegenüber Behörden
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen Bauvorhaben (z.B. im Gesundheitswesen, Hospitality oder Blaulichtorganisationen) zwingend
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Mass an Durchsetzungs- und Überzeugungskraft
  • Professionelles und gepflegtes Auftreten mit ausgeprägten Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
