  • Als ProjektleiterIn/Customer Service verantwortest du die erfolgreiche Planung und Umsetzung kleinerer Projekte im Bereich ballistischer Schutzsysteme für gepanzerte Fahrzeuge
  • Du koordinierst interdisziplinäre Teams und steuerst Projekte von der technischen Konzeption über die Entwicklung bis zur Serienreife
  • Du arbeitest an innovativen passiven Schutzlösungen gegen ein breites Spektrum bekannter Bedrohungen im symmetrischen und asymmetrischen Einsatzumfeld
  • Selbstständige Betreuung des Customer Service inklusive Reparaturabwicklung und Ersatzteilmanagement
  • Mit deinem technischen Verständnis und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Entwicklung leistungsfähiger und zuverlässiger Schutzsysteme für anspruchsvolle Einsatzszenarien

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, technischen Auftragsabwicklung oder im Customer Service
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an mechanischen, technischen oder fahrzeugbezogenen Systemen
  • Fähigkeit, kleinere technische Projekte eigenständig zu planen, zu koordinieren und erfolgreich abzuschliessen
  • Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt sowie an der lösungsorientierten Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in neue technische Themen und Produkte einzuarbeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen; Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine pragmatische Persönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsstärke und einen hohen Teamgeist
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (Niveau B2)
