  • Du arbeitest an vielseitigen Entwicklungsprojekten im Anlagenbau\-, Industrie\- oder Nutzfahrzeugumfeld von der ersten Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung.
  • Technische Konzepte gestaltest Du aktiv mit, bewertest diese und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Die Konstruktion von Komponenten und Baugruppen mit modernen CAD\-Systemen gehört ebenso zu Deinen Aufgaben wie die Begleitung des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses und die Durchführung kleinerer Berechnungsaufgaben.
  • Der Aufbau und die Entwicklung nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen im Umfeld Industrie, Mobilität und Nutzfahrzeuge gehören zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten bei Neu\- und Bestandskunden erkennst Du frühzeitig und entwickelst daraus zukunftsweisende Engineering\-Projekte.
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Fachbereichen analysierst Du technische Kundenanforderungen und erarbeitest passgenaue Lösungsansätze.

Damit bringst Du uns voran: ---------------------------

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik, Konstruktion oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Umfeld, idealerweise in den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Sonderfahrzeugbau oder Industrie
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebsorientierung und Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und Kunden kompetent zu beraten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Netzwerk in der Schweizer Industrie\- oder Mobilitätsbranche von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Schweizerdeutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
