Für unsere Abteilung Projektmanagement und Bauherrenunterstützung mit 9 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir eine teamorientierte Persönlichkeit als Projektassistent:in Bauherrenunterstützung Arbeitsort Zürich / 80 \- 100 % Ihr Verantwortungsbereich In dieser Drehscheibenfunktion begleiten Sie unsere Projektleitenden der Abteilung Projektmanagement und Bauherrenunterstützung bei allen administrativen Aufgaben im Projektmanagement, sowohl bei Grossprojekten wie auch bei kleineren Aufträgen. Dabei verantworten Sie die Sitzungskoordination inkl. Protokollführung, erstellen Präsentationen, Terminpläne und Statusberichte und helfen im Projektcontrolling inkl. Kosten\- und Terminüberwachung mit. Ausserdem übernehmen Sie gemeinsam mit den weiteren Mitarbeitenden des Sekretariats administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben für die Zweigniederlassung in Zürich. Dies umfasst den Empfang, das Verfassen der Korrespondenz, die Fakturierung, die Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Offerten sowie die Erledigung allgemeiner Sekretariatsarbeiten. Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung Berufserfahrung als Projektassistent:in im Bereich der Baubranche oder bei einer öffentlichen Verwaltung von Vorteil Interesse an der Projektadministration und am Projektmanagement gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS\-Office) Zuverlässige, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung.
