Du bist ein Organisationstalent, hältst Termine und Zahlen zuverlässig im Blick und trägst gerne dazu bei, dass Bauprojekte erfolgreich vorankommen? Dann bist du bei uns richtig. Was du bewirkst

  • Du bist die organisatorische und administrative Drehscheibe unserer Neu-, Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekte und trägst gemeinsam mit unseren Projektmanager:innen zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf bei.
  • Du koordinierst Termine und stellst den Informationsfluss zwischen internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen sicher.
  • Du führst die Projektdokumentation, unterstützt das Projektcontrolling, bearbeitest Rechnungen und wirkst bei Kostenkontrollen sowie bei Kreditanträgen - und Bauabrechnungen mit.
  • Als Stellvertretung der Bereichsassistenz übernimmst du vielseitige administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben für den Bereichs- und Teamleiter - vonder Terminplanung über das Reporting bis hin zum Qualitätsmanagement.

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bau-, Architektur- oder Immobilienumfeld, beispielsweise als Zeichner:in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur, Hochbauzeichner:in oder Bauleiter:in HFP bzw. über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bau- oder Immobilienbranche sowie Erfahrung in der Projektadministration mit.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch in komplexen Situationen den Überblick und koordinierst unterschiedliche Themen zuverlässig.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch. Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse sind  wünschenswert.
  • Du setzt die Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen sicher ein. Kenntnisse in SAP, MS Project oder vergleichbaren Systemen sind ein Plus.
