Um die Projekte unserer Grosskunden Qualitäts- und Zeitgerecht zu erledigen, suchen wir ab sofort einen Projektassistent/in im Bereich des Rohrleitungsbaus.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Sie sind für die Anliegen und Anfragen Ihrer Vorgesetzten DER/DIE Ansprechpartner/in. Weiter unterstützen Sie in der Koordination von internen Projekten und Prozessen. Sie erstellen Präsentationen und Raports und übernehmen die Verantwortung für die organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung des Geschäftsbereichs.

  • Verfolgung des Dokumentenstatus
  • Controlling und Monitoring Tätigkeiten
  • Mitarbeit im Projektcontrolling und in der Terminplanung
  • Einholung von Dokumentengenehmigungen
  • Formelle und inhaltliche Überprüfen von Dokumenten
  • Kontrolle über den termingerechten Eingang der Dokumente
  • Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen
  • Arbeiten mit Web basierten Dokumentenmanagementsystem
  • Regelmässige Informationsaufarbeitung für Status Reports zum Projektverlauf (intern und extern)
  • Koordination von Besprechungsterminen und Organisation von Veranstaltungen
  • Korrespondenz im Projektteam, mit dem Kunden und unseren Partnern
  • Erstellung von Protokollen und Nachverfolgung der darin festgelegten Aktionen
  • Verwaltung der Projektdokumentation

Wir erwarten ##

  • Für Ihre Tätigkeit benötigen Sie einen Studienabschluss, welcher technische und kaufmännische Kenntnisse ideal verknüpft
  • Eine Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Projekt Management ist wünschenswert
  • Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen und beherrschen die gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen wie Excel, Word und Powerpoint sicher. Neben perfekten Deutschkenntnissen sprechen Sie fliessend Englisch
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist proaktiv mit hoher Dienstleistungs- und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sie sind belastbar und verstehen es, mit terminlichen Engpässen gekonnt umzugehen. Auf wechselnde Anforderungen reagieren Sie schnell und flexibel. Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
