Aufgaben Unterstützung der Planung und Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR) Koordination und Organisation sämtlicher projektbezogener Aufgaben Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern Einholen von Projektinformationen und Koordination von Terminen Organisation von Ressourcen, Dienstleistungen und Infrastruktur für unsere Baustellen Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Arbeiten Qualifikationen Ein bestimmter Ausbildungsweg ist für uns nicht entscheidend. Ob kaufmännische Ausbildung, technische Lehre, Studium oder ein ganz anderer beruflicher Hintergrund, wichtig sind deine Motivation, deine Kommunikationsfähigkeit und deine Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dinge zu organisieren.
