  • Du stellst die korrekte finanzielle Führung innerhalb von Programmen sicher. Dabei schaffst du Transparenz und leistest damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Zielerreichung der Programme.
  • Als Sparringspartner der Programmleiter sowie aller involvierten Stellen in finanziellen Belangen bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle und verantwortest alle dir zugewiesenen Daten.
  • Du verantwortest das Controlling sowie das Reporting von Programmen und Projekten, deine Daten sind die Basis für Lenkungsausschüsse und weitere Gremien.
  • Du begleitest und steuerst das Change- und Riskmanagement, trackst die eingeleiteten Massnahmen mit dem Ziel der Risikominderung.
  • Du hilfst aktiv bei der Definition von Standards in der finanziellen Führung und im Controlling mit.
  • Das Begleiten der Projektleitenden und Auftraggebenden, das Beurteilen erarbeiteter Unterlagen und das Erfassen von Projekten im SAP sowie die allgemeine Datenpflege gehören ebenfalls zu deinem täglichen Aufgabengebiet.

  • Mit deinem sicheren Auftritt überzeugst du auch kritische Stimmen und suchst beharrlich nach gemeinsamen Lösungen, die du auch durchsetzen kannst.
  • Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, bist du es gewohnt, in interdisziplinären Teams auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchiestufen zu arbeiten. Idealerweise sind dir klassische und agile Projekt- und Vorgehensmethoden vertraut.
  • Mit grosser Leidenschaft betreibst du anspruchsvolles Stakeholder-Management auf sehr unterschiedlichen Hierarchie- und Know-how-Ebenen unter Berücksichtigung der jeweiligen Interessen und Ziele. Deine analytische und systematische Denkweise unterstützt dich dabei, mit pragmatischen Lösungsansätzen rasche Fortschritte zu erzielen.
  • Der sichere Umgang mit grossen Datenmengen sowie die dazu notwendige Strukturierung bereiten dir keine Mühe. Gute Kenntnisse in SAP erleichtern dir die Ausübung dieser Funktion, fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse erachten wir als notwendig.
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finanzen & Controlling auf Niveau FH/HF setzen wir voraus, idealerweise verfügst du zudem über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion, vorzugsweise in einem Telecom- oder IT-Umfeld.
  • In Deutsch bist du verhandlungssicher, gute Kenntnisse in Französisch (B2) stellen einen weiteren Vorteil dar.
