Ihre Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll

  • Sie entwickeln und begleiten Neubau\- und Sanierungsprojekte im Wohnungsbau mit dem Fokus auf die Planungsphase bis und mit rechtskräftiger Baubewilligung (Projekte für eigenes Portfolio oder für Kunden).
  • Sie erarbeiten Strategien und Nutzungskonzeptionen, führen Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen für Liegenschaften durch und identifizieren Chancen und Risiken.
  • Sie stellen eine termin\-, kosten\- und qualitätsgerechte Projektabwicklung sicher.
  • Sie beraten und vertreten die Interessen der Bauherrschaften bei Bauvorhaben engagiert und kompetent.
  • Sie erstellen Reportings für Eigentümer (Eigenprojekte oder Drittmandate).
  • Sie vertreten die Interessen der Bauherrschaft gegenüber Planern, Unternehmern und Behörden.
  • Sie wirken bei der Akquisition von Grundstücken mit und erstellen Investitionsanträge.

Ihr Profil – kompetent und kommunikationsstark

  • Sie verfügen über einen Fachhochschul\-/ Hochschulabschluss in Architektur.
  • Eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Immobilienmanagement ist von Vorteil.
  • Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahres Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Realisierung von Wohnbauten.
  • Sie haben sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie haben Interesse, sich und das Unternehmen stetig weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sie sind kundenorientiert, kommunikationsstark und teamfähig.
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein souveränes Auftreten.
