Deine Aufgaben Mitwirkung bei Entwicklungsprojekten bis und mit Erhalt Baubewilligung Festlegung der strategischen Ausrichtung von Projekten, Entwickeln und Erstellen von Bedarfs\-, Machbarkeits\- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Klärung von Rahmenbedingungen, rechtlichen und behördlichen Fragestellungen Begleiten von Wettbewerben und Präsentation vor der Jury Führen von externen Architekten, Planern und Unternehmern und Ansprech\- und Verhandlungspartner:in für Investoren, Bauherren, Behörden und weitere Dritte Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Gesamtleisterteam, dem Marketing, der Kalkulation und der Realisation Dein Profil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung oder der Begleitung von Immobilienprojekten Routinierter Umgang mit Problemstellungen im Raumplanungs\-, Bau\- und Vertragsrecht Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche und ökonomische Abläufe Analytisch, konzeptionell und unternehmerisch denkende Arbeitsweise Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln, willens\- und kommunikationsstark, verhandlungssicher und professionell im Auftreten Unser Angebot Die Rhomberg Bau AG lebt eine zeitgemässe, unkomplizierte Firmenkultur mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen, legt grossen Wert auf eigenverantwortliches Denken und Handeln und unterstützt ihre Mitarbeitenden in ihrer beruflichen Weiterentwicklung.
