Projektentwicklung und Bauherrenvertretung (m/w/d), 80\-100% Wir gestalten Prozesse und beraten unsere Kunden von der ersten Projektidee, der Projektentwicklung über die Planung und Realisierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Nutzung des Werkes. Für unser Team in Basel oder Zürich suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich der Projektentwicklung und Bauherrenvertretung (m/w/d), 80\-100% Du bearbeitest im Team anspruchsvolle und vielseitige Aufgabenstellungen während der Projektentwicklung und weiter entlang des Planungs\- und Bauprozesses. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen: Organisation und Durchführung von Wettbewerbs\- und Planerwahlverfahren. Entwicklung von Immobilien\-Strategien und Konzepten. Standortevaluationen und Machbarkeitsstudien. Bauherrenvertretung in Entwicklungs\-, Bau\- und Instandsetzungsprojekten. Prozessgestaltung und Projektsteuerung bzgl. Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten. Erarbeitung von Planer\-, TU\- und Werkverträgen Das bringst du mit: Architekturstudium ETH/FH und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Planung und Projektierung, idealerweise auch in der Begleitung von Wettbewerbsverfahren. Strategische, analytische gesamtheitliche und interdisziplinäre Denkweise. Freude an der Konzept\- und Ideenentwicklung und an der selbstständigen Bearbeitung. Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit. Sicheres und respektvolles Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggeberschaft, Behörden und externen Partnern. Neugier, Leistungs\- und Lernbereitschaft.
