Für unseren Kunden, ein international tätiges Engineering-Unternehmen mit Schwerpunkt auf der Life-Science-Industrie, suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Projektingenieur Prozesstechnik (m/w/d). In dieser anspruchsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten für die pharmazeutische Industrie und begleiten definierte Projektbereiche von der Konzeption bis zur Realisierung. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit Kunden, Ingenieuren, Lieferanten und weiteren Projektbeteiligten zusammen.

Aufgaben ###

  • Planung und Umsetzung definierter Projektumfänge in der pharmazeutischen Industrie
  • Koordination interner und externer Ingenieure, Kunden, Bauleiter, Partner und Lieferanten
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Massen- und Energiebilanzen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Blockflussdiagrammen, Prozessflussdiagrammen sowie R&I-Fließbildern
  • Ausarbeitung technischer Dokumentationen und funktionaler Spezifikationen für Prozessausrüstungen
  • Durchführung technischer Angebotsbewertungen
  • Unterstützung bei FAT, Risikoanalysen und Sicherheitsanalysen wie HAZOP
  • Koordination und Management von Lieferantenpaketen
  • Prüfung von 3D-Modellen sowie Koordination und Lösung von Modellkollisionen
  • Überwachung von Projektumfang, Terminen und Budget
  • Unterstützung und fachliche Begleitung jüngerer Teammitglieder

Anforderungen ###

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen, Biotechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Projekterfahrung als Prozessingenieur und/oder Projektleiter in der Pharmaindustrie
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis und Erfahrung in der Planung pharmazeutischer Anlagen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von FDA-, EMA- und cGMP-Anforderungen
  • Erfahrung mit Prozessdokumentationen und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Erfahrung mit 3D-Viewer- bzw. Planungssystemen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen an Projektstandorte innerhalb der DACH-Region
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
