Hier arbeiten Architekten, Elektro\- und Gebäudetechnikplaner sowie Bauingenieure direkt unter einem Dach zusammen \- interdisziplinär, innovativ und mit einem klaren Fokus auf nachhaltige Industriebauten und komplexe Großprojekte. Projektingenieur Tragwerksplanung Hochbau Über die Position Als Projektingenieur Tragwerksplanung erarbeitest du eigenständig wie auch im Team nachhaltige Tragwerkskonzepte und begleitest anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte über verschiedene Planungsphasen hinweg. Deine Aufgaben Tragwerke berechnen: Du erstellst selbstständig statische Berechnungen und Nachweise für komplexe Hoch\- und Industriebauten (z. B. Logistikzentren, Rechenzentren). Konzepte entwickeln: Du skizzierst und konstruierst tragfähige, wirtschaftliche sowie nachhaltige Tragwerkslösungen (z. B. mit Fokus auf Recycling\-Beton und CO?\-Reduktion). Interdisziplinär zusammenarbeiten: Du stimmst dich eng mit Architekten, Gebäudetechnik\- und Elektroplanern im gemeinsamen BIM\-Modell ab. Projekte begleiten: Du nimmst an internen Projektteamsitzungen teil und vertrittst deinen Fachbereich in der technischen Abstimmung. Vor Ort prüfen: Du führst regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen und Bewehrungsabnahmen durch (ca. 1\-mal pro Woche). Must\-Haves Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder ein vergleichbarer technischer Studiengang (ETH, FH, Uni). Erste Praxis: Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Tragwerksplanung/im Hochbau (z. B. durch relevante Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder erste Berufsjahre). Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau B2/C1\), um Berichte und Nutzungsvereinbarungen präzise zu verfassen. Arbeitsweise: Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Gewissenhaftigkeit und Freude an der engen Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team. Nice\-to\-haves Erste Berufserfahrung als Projektingenieur oder Tragwerksplaner. Kenntnisse der SIA\-Normen (Einarbeitung/Umschulung von Eurocode ist problemlos möglich).
