Wir suchen eine planerisch und kommunikativ starke Persönlichkeit, die gerne tief in die internen Prozesse eintaucht, Projekte fachlich steuert und als diplomatischer Brückenbauer fungiert.

Projektkoordinator Retrofit / Maschinenbau (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliche kaufmännische und technische Abwicklung von anspruchsvollen Retrofit-Projekten (Nachrüstungen und komplexe Umbauten an bestehenden Anlagen)
  • Aktive und tiefgreifende Schnittstellenfunktion: Sie sorgen für eine saubere, strukturierte Kommunikation und lückenlose technische Abklärung mit allen internen Fachabteilungen (Konstruktion, Produktion, Montage)
  • Kalkulation, Angebotserstellung und proaktive Beratung der weltweiten Kundschaft hinsichtlich optimaler Retrofit-Lösungen
  • Fachliche Steuerung der Projekte von der ersten Anfrage über die Machbarkeitsprüfung bis hin zur erfolgreichen Auslieferung

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Grundausbildung aus dem Maschinenbau (zwingend als Polymechaniker, Konstrukteur oder Automatiker/Elektromechaniker)
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder prozessorientierte Weiterbildung (z. B. als Technischer Kaufmann oder Prozessfachmann) ist von grossem Vorteil
  • Gefestigte Berufserfahrung aus dem Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau sowie starkes Know-how im Lesen und Interpretieren von technischen Zeichnungen
  • Ausgeprägtes diplomatisches Geschick, viel Empathie und Durchsetzungsvermögen, um Fachabteilungen konstruktiv an einen Tisch zu bringen und Missverständnisse zu verhindern
  • Sie sind ein Macher und Planer, suchen aber in dieser Rolle ausdrücklich die fachliche Projektsteuerung und keine Mitarbeiterführung
  • Sehr sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch (Französisch ist ein grosses Plus)
