Vous souhaitez non seulement concevoir l'architecture, mais aussi veiller à ce qu'une idée devienne un bâtiment réalisé avec une grande qualité ?

Chez ELEVATE, nous développons et réalisons des biens immobiliers résidentiels exigeants - de la rénovation énergétique et modernisation de propriétés existantes aux projets de construction neuve.

Pour renforcer notre équipe d'architecture, nous recherchons une personne expérimentée, particulièrement à l'aise dans la planification d'exécution et de détail, qui apporte son expérience technique et constructive directement à nos projets.

Votre rôle

  • Élaboration et développement continu des plans d'exécution, de détail et d'atelier
  • Planification et approfondissement technique de nos projets avec un accent sur la phase de réalisation
  • Développement de solutions détaillées convaincantes sur le plan constructif, esthétique et économique
  • Coordination et intégration des plans des spécialistes et autres parties prenantes du projet
  • Vérification et harmonisation des interfaces techniques entre architecture, planification spécialisée et exécution
  • Collaboration étroite avec nos chefs de projet globaux, chefs de chantier et l'équipe interne d'architecture
  • Soutien lors des appels d'offres ainsi que dans l'évaluation des solutions techniques et des offres des entrepreneurs
  • Accompagnement des projets pendant l'exécution et résolution des questions de planification sur le chantier
  • Assurer nos exigences de qualité et de conception jusqu'à la mise en œuvre

Votre qualification

  • Diplôme en architecture ETH/FH ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en Suisse avec un accent clair sur la planification d'exécution et la réalisation
  • Expérience avérée dans le traitement de projets dans les phases SIA pertinentes d'appel d'offres et d'exécution
  • Très bonne compréhension constructive et compétence détaillée prononcée
  • Connaissances approfondies des réglementations suisses en matière de construction, normes et standards de planification
  • Maîtrise assurée de ArchiCAD
  • Expérience dans le logement ainsi que dans les projets de transformation, rénovation ou de bâtiments existants est un avantage
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée solutions
  • Vous pensez au-delà de votre propre domaine de planification et recherchez des solutions pragmatiques qui fonctionnent également sur le chantier
