Projektleiter 80\-100% Die ESPRIT Netzwerk AG ist ein dynamischer Orchestrator und betreut Banken und Finanzdienstleister in der gesamten Deutschschweiz. Über 65 qualifizierte Mitarbeitende bilden die Schnittstelle im Ökosystem zwischen unseren Kunden und den langjährigen Software\- und Betriebspartnern. Projektleiter 80\-100% Deine Aufgaben In dieser vielfältigen Funktion bist Du verantwortlich für die Umsetzung diverser Projekte im Bankenumfeld. Mit Deinem Fachwissen berätst Du unsere Kunden, steuerst die verschiedenen Partner/Lieferanten und unterstützt deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus anderen Fachbereichen. Deine Schwerpunkte: Planung, Durchführung und Leitung diverser Projekte (aktuell vorwiegend im Bereich Digital Banking / Customer Engagement) in einem interdisziplinären Umfeld mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, externen Partnern und Lieferanten Sicherstellung der Erreichung der funktionalen und finanziellen Ziele sowie der hohen Qualitätsansprüche Vertretung des Projekts gegen innen und aussen, adäquates Reporting und Risikomanagement Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der internen Projektgovernance Dein Profil Höherer Abschluss im Bereich Betriebsökonomie oder Wirtschaftsinformatik (Uni, FH, HF) Gute Prozesskenntnisse und Verständnis für bankfachliche Themen oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzsektor gewünscht Solide Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Projektumfeld Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten mit gutem vernetztem Denkvermögen Engagierte und organisatorisch starke Persönlichkeit, welche gerne eine aktiv treibende Rolle wahrnimmt Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Eigenverantwortung/\-motivation Das erwartet Dich Ein stabiles und kollegiales Umfeld in der Finanzbranche, in dem du mit deinem Engagement zum Erfolg der Firma beiträgst.
