Projektleiter Anwendungstechnik 100% #

In dieser spannenden Funktion leiten Sie Projekte zur Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen für Kunden aus den Bereichen Health Care sowie Industrie und Maschinenbau. Sie beraten Kunden und Vertriebsorganisationen in technischen Fragen wie Materialauswahl, Bauteil- und Werkstoffanalyse sowie Spritzgiessverarbeitung. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt in der Durchführung von Versuchen und Abmusterungen auf modernen Anlagen im hauseigenen Spritzgiesstechnikum sowie direkt beim Kunden. Zudem erarbeiten Sie technische Grundlagen, führen Machbarkeitsanalysen durch und erstellen Kostenrechnungen. Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams mit Forschung & Entwicklung, Produktion, Materialanalytik, Marketing und Verkauf tragen Sie massgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens bei. Marktbeobachtungen zur Identifizierung neuer Trends und Technologien sowie das Halten von Fachvorträgen und internen Schulungen runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.

Für diese verantwortungsvolle Position verfügen Sie über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Kunststofftechnik, Werkstofftechnik oder Maschinenbau. Berufserfahrung in der Spritzgusstechnologie und in der Auslegung technischer Kunststoffbauteile ist Voraussetzung. Sie sind eine entscheidungsfreudige, unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die Herausforderungen in den Bereichen Technologie und Projektmanagement aktiv sucht. Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität zählen ebenso zu Ihren Stärken wie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und viel Eigenverantwortung.
