Deine Aufgaben

  • Projektleitung: Du bist für die Leitung und Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Projekte zuständig oder arbeitest daran mit (Projekt- /Teilprojektleitung).
  • Entscheidungsgrundlagen: Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit den relevanten Fachbereichen Konzepte, Analysen und fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsleitung.
  • Optimierung: Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse, Strukturen und Organisationsabläufe, identifizierst Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen geeignete Lösungsansätze.
  • Implementierung: Du begleitest die Einführung neuer Prozesse, Systeme und Technologien.
  • Koordination: Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern.
  • Workshops und Moderation: Du planst und moderierst Workshops, Arbeitsgruppen und Projektmeetings.

 

 

Dein Profil** 

  • Ausbildung: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, beispielsweise in Gesundheitsökonomie, Gesundheitsmanagement, BWL mit Vertiefung im Gesundheitswesen, Medizininformatik, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung: Du bringst 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen mit, insbesondere in der Projektarbeit oder im Consulting.
  • Interesse: Du begeisterst dich für Organisationsentwicklung, Digitalisierung, Projektmanagement und Veränderungsprozesse und möchtest die Weiterentwicklung des Gesundheitswesens aktiv mitgestalten.
  • Zusammenhänge: Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie für die Abläufe im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du verfügst über eine analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Denkweise, handelst selbstständig, bist zuverlässig und arbeitest präzise. Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit zeichnen dich genauso aus wie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
