Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für anspruchsvolle Elektroplanungsprojekte und begleitest diese von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Dabei koordinierst du die verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten und stellst eine effiziente, qualitativ hochwertige Projektabwicklung sicher.
  • Du führst dein Projektteam fachlich und unterstützt deine Kollegen bei technischen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen.
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson pflegst du den direkten Austausch mit Auftraggebern, Architekturbüros, Fachplanern und weiteren Projektpartnern.
  • Du wirkst aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Strukturen mit.
  • Auch bei der Förderung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden kannst du deine Erfahrung und Ideen einbringen.
  • Digitalisierung und moderne Arbeitsweisen gehören für dich zu einer zeitgemässen Projektorganisation.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Eine abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung im Elektrobereich sowie eine weiterführende Qualifikation im Bereich Elektroplanung oder Gebäudetechnik, beispielsweise auf Stufe HF, FH oder mit einem vergleichbaren Abschluss.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Realisierung von Elektroprojekten.
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Leitung von Projekten und idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung.
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und auch bei komplexeren Aufgaben den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern.
  • Offenheit gegenüber neuen Technologien, digitalen Lösungen und modernen Arbeitsmethoden.
