Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Als diplomierter Elektroinstallateur oder Projektleiter führen Sie das Elektroinstallations Unternehmen in der Region Basel operativ.
  • Sie leiten Elektroprojekte von der Planung bis zur Abnahme.
  • Sie koordinieren Monteure, Projektleiter und externe Partner.
  • Sie erstellen Offerten und prüfen technische Unterlagen.
  • Sie stellen die Einhaltung der NIN und der kantonalen Vorgaben sicher.
  • Sie pflegen Kundenkontakte im Raum Basel und gewinnen neue Aufträge.
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Kosten.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre als Elektroinstallateur EFZ oder Montage Elektriker EFZ
  • Weiterbildung als Elektroprojektleiter Installation und Sicherheit oder Elektrotechniker HF
  • Ein Abschluss als eidgenössisch diplomierter Elektroinstallateur ist für die Geschäftsführung ein Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige Praxis im Elektroinstallationsgewerbe
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung kleiner und mittlerer Anlagen
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Erfahrung im Offertwesen und in der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Kenntnisse der kantonalen Vorgaben im Raum Basel wie Sicherheitsnachweise und Bewilligungen
