Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Leitung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Elektroprojekte
  • Verantwortung für Projekte von der Planung und Kalkulation bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe
  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination von Mitarbeitenden und Montageteams
  • Planung und Steuerung von Personal, Material, Terminen und Ressourcen
  • Überwachung von Kosten, Qualität und Projektfortschritt
  • Erstellung von Offerten, Kalkulationen und Nachträgen
  • Technische Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden
  • Koordination mit Bauherren, Architekten, Planern, Lieferanten und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen und termingerechten Ausführung
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe und Prozesse

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur EFZ oder eine vergleichbare elektrotechnische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung zum Elektro-Projektleiter mit eidg. Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Elektrobranche
  • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Leitung und Abwicklung von Projekten
  • Führungserfahrung oder Motivation, den nächsten Schritt in Richtung Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Kalkulation, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Projektcontrolling
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit professionellem Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
