Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung und Automatisierung, suchen wir eine erfahrene und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Projektleiter Gebäudeautomation (m/w).

Das Unternehmen realisiert moderne Automatisierungslösungen für anspruchsvolle Gebäudetechnikprojekte und verbindet dabei Steuerungs-, Regelungs- und Automatisierungstechnik. In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Inbetriebnahme von Projekten und stehen dabei in engem Austausch mit Kunden, Fachplanern und weiteren beteiligten Gewerken.

Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Selbstständige Planung und Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich Gebäudeautomation.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungslösungen für Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima- und Kälteanlagen sowie für die Raumautomation.
  • Projektierung und Programmierung von Steuerungs- und Regelungssystemen.
  • Durchführung von Inbetriebnahmen und Funktionsprüfungen der realisierten Anlagen.
  • Koordination der verschiedenen beteiligten Fachbereiche und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gewerken Heizung, Lüftung, Kälte, Sanitär und Elektro.
  • Verantwortung für die technische, terminliche und organisatorische Umsetzung der Projekte.
  • Überwachung der wirtschaftlichen Projektziele und Übernahme der kommerziellen Verantwortung.
  • Direkte Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden während der gesamten Projektabwicklung.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb bei der Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie bei der Entwicklung neuer Projekte.
  • Erarbeitung praxisnaher Lösungen bei technischen und projektspezifischen Fragestellungen.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise im Bereich Elektro, Gebäudetechnik oder Automation.
  • Eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF, FH oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist von Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Gebäudeautomation.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in mindestens mehreren Bereichen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung, insbesondere Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär und Elektro.
  • Alternativ fundierte Erfahrung in der Industrie- oder Prozessautomation.
  • Erfahrung in der Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme automatisierter Systeme.
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägtes organisatorisches Geschick und Freude an der eigenständigen Projektführung.
  • Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Kundenorientiertes Auftreten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
