Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Projekte in der Gebäudetechnik und gestaltest aktiv energieeffiziente und nachhaltige Lösungen von morgen. Dabei verbindest du technisches Know-how mit organisatorischem Geschick und führst Projekte von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung. Aufgaben · Gesamtverantwortung für Projekte im Bereich HLKS (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär) · Planung, Steuerung und Ãberwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität · Führung und Koordination von internen Teams sowie externen Partnern · Schnittstelle zu Bauherren, Architekten und Behörden · Entwicklung nachhaltiger und energieeffizienter Gebäudekonzepte · Begleitung der Projekte über alle Phasen (Planung, Ausschreibung, Realisierung) · Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen und Vorschriften Qualifikation · Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Gebäudetechnik, HLKS oder Energie (HF/FH/Uni) · Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung von Vorteil · Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Gebäudetechnik · Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise · Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungskompetenzen · Sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen · Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil Benefits · Projekte mit echtem Impact im Bereich Energie und Nachhaltigkeit · Viel Gestaltungsspielraum und Eigenverantwortung · Moderne Arbeitsformen mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice · Ein motiviertes, interdisziplinäres Team · Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Komm ins Team und bring deine Expertise ein!
