Die MBG Verwaltungs AG bewirtschaftet als 100%ige Tochterfirma der Mieter\-Baugenossenschaft Basel, welche seit über 100 Jahren genossenschaftlichen Wohnraum zur Verfügung stellt, deren gesamten Immobilienbestand. Diese anspruchsvollen Serviceleistungen werden auch externen Partnern angeboten, entsprechend ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Bauteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine loyale Persönlichkeit, die sich langfristig in unserem Unternehmen engagieren möchte.

Projektleiter:in Bauherrenvertretung 80\-100% -------------------------------------------------

Aufgaben

  • Planung und Umsetzung von Sanierungs\- und Neubauprojekten
  • Gesamtverantwortung für innovative, wirtschaftlich tragfähige und marktfähige Immobilienentwicklungen im Wohnungsbau von der ersten Vision bis zur Inbetriebnahme
  • Durchführung von Zustandsanalysen und Organisation von Studienaufträgen
  • Aufsetzen und Führen der Projektorganisation unter Einbezug der verschiedenen internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Entwicklung von Strategien für Liegenschaften zur nachhaltigen Substanzerhaltung und Investitions\- / Ertragsoptimierung für das zugewiesene Immobilien Portfolio
  • Analysen von Kaufangeboten (Grundstücke und Gebäude) hinsichtlich ertragswirksamen Flächenpotenzial und Investitionsbedarf
  • Überwachung der Kosten, Termin und Qualität
  • Mandatierung von externen Partnern wie Architekten, Fachplanern, Generalunternehmungen
  • Verantwortlich für Bewilligungen und Ausschreibung
  • Verantwortlich für Baureporting, Baukostenkontrolle und Baudokumentation

Qualifikationen

  • Höhere baufachliche Ausbildung in Bau\- oder Projektleitung, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Baumanagement und der Realisation von Neubauten und Sanierungen in bewohntem Zustand
  • Sie pflegen eine kunden\- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und sind ein Teamplayer mit Kommunikationsgeschick
  • Sie verfügen über stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift und sind versiert in den MS Office\-Anwendungen
  • Sie besitzen den Führerausweis Kategorie B
