Du: steuerst Immobilien\- und Bauprojekte aus Sicht unserer Kund:innen begleitest Areal‑ und Grundstücksentwicklungen mit komplexen Planungs‑ und Entscheidungsprozessen organisierst und führst Planerwahlverfahren, Beschaffungen inkl. Vertragswesen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Juristenteam kommunizierst offen und transparent mit Auftraggeber:innen, Behörden, Planenden und weiteren Stakeholdern bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation und Zusammenarbeit ein Das bringst du mit Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bau, Raumplanung, Immobilien oder einem verwandten Bereich – entscheidend ist dein Verständnis für das Planen und Bauen (Weiterbildungen in Projektmanagement, Raumplanung, Bauökonomie oder Betriebswirtschaft willkommen) Erfahrung in der Projektierung und Realisierung von Bauprojekten Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbstorganisiert zu arbeiten Interesse an komplexen Fragestellungen und an der Entwicklung guter Prozesse Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit – du bringst unterschiedliche Interessen an einen Tisch und schaffst tragfähige Lösungen Kunden\- und dienstleistungsorientierte Haltung Warum reflecta?
