Das kannst du bewegen.

  • Als Projektleiter:in betreust du ein Portfolio multidisziplinärer Projekte und führst Ingenieurbauwerke von der Vorstudie bis zur Inbetriebnahme.  
  • Du übernimmst die Gesamtleitung der Projekte und sorgst für die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und Sicherheit. 
  • Du koordinierst interne Spezialist:innen sowie externe Auftragnehmende und Anspruchsgruppen und stellst eine effiziente Schnittstelle zum Bahnbetrieb sicher.  
  • Du übernimmst die Kontrolle und Validierung von Entwürfen sowie die Dimensionierung von Tragwerken und führst bei Bedarf interne Expertisen durch.  
  • Je nach Dossier übernimmst du die Gesamtleitung der Bauausführung und vertrittst die Projekte in Gremien oder externen Instanzen.

  • Mit deiner proaktiven und initiativen Arbeitsweise führst du interdisziplinäre Teams und überzeugst unterschiedliche Anspruchsgruppen.  
  • In anspruchsvollen Projektsituationen löst du Probleme strukturiert und kommunizierst klar und adressatengerecht. 
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit, zum Beispiel aus Planungsbüros, aus der Bauleitung oder aus der Projektführung, und erste Erfahrungen im Bahnprojektmanagement sind ein Vorteil. 
  • Du verfügst über fundierte technische Kenntnisse in Berechnung, Planung und Ausführung von Tragwerken, zum Beispiel mit Erfahrung in Stahlbeton und Metallbau.  
  • Eine Ausbildung als Bauingenieur:in an ETH, FH oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation hast du abgeschlossen und setzt Französisch und Deutsch auf Niveau B2 im Berufsalltag ein.
