Zu unseren Dienstleistungen gehören Akquisition, Entwicklung, Vermarktung und Realisierung von Immobilienprojekten als General\- und Totalunternehmung. Wir suchen Verstärkung im Bereich Baukostenplanung. Dein Arbeitsort? Wahlweise in Bern, Zürich, Basel oder Luzern mit Blick auf spannende Projekte statt nur auf To\-do\-Listen. Projektleiter\*in Baukostenplanung DAS KANNST DU BEI UNS BEWEGEN Du übernimmst die Projektleitung für Neu\- und Umbauprojekte sowie Gesamtleistungswettbewerbe von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit der Bereichsleitung Projektstrategien und sorgst dafür, dass sie nicht nur auf Papier gut aussehen, sondern auch Realität werden Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und bringst Projekte auf Erfolgskurs Du erstellst vollständige Angebotsunterlagen und ja, wir wissen, dass das mehr ist als nur ein paar PDFs Du hältst alle Fäden in der Hand, ohne den Überblick zu verlieren und wenn es mal knifflig wird, gibt es Applaus vom Team (und vielleicht einen Extra\-Kaffee) DAS BRINGST DU MIT Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Architekt\in FH/ETH oder dipl.
