Projektleiter/in Baumanagement (80\-100%) Wir gestalten Prozesse und beraten unsere Kundinnen und Kunden von der ersten Projektidee, der Projektentwicklung über die Planung und Realisierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Nutzung des Werkes. In Zusammenhang mit den Leistungen für das Baumanagement planen wir Kosten, erstellen und kontrollieren die Ausschreibungen und steuern den gesamten Realisierungsprozess. Für unser Team in Zürich / Basel / Bern suchen wir einen/eine Projektleiter/in Baumanagement (80\-100%) Sie bearbeiten im Team und in Eigenverantwortung anspruchsvolle und vielseitige Bauvorhaben im Bauprozessmanagement entlang allen Phasen nach SIA 112\. Es erwarten Sie abwechslungsreiche Aufgabenstellungen und ein engagiertes, kollegiales Team. Ihre Hauptaufgaben: Durchführen von Zustandsbeurteilungen und \-analysen Projekt\- und Prozesssteuerung mit Aufgabenkoordination Controlling von Kosten, Terminen und Qualitäten Organisation und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen Führung des Rechnungswesens und Änderungsmanagements Terminplanung, Bauleistungskontrolle und Qualitätssicherung Ihr Profil: Höhere baufachliche Ausbildung in Bauleitung, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder Hochbautechnik Erfahrungen im Baumanagement Freude an innovativen und digitalen Arbeitsprozessen Neugier, Teamfähigkeit sowie Leistungs\- und Lernbereitschaft Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Sicheres und respektvolles Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggeberschaft, Behörden und externen Partnern Ihr Arbeitsort befindet sich an mit dem ÖV bestens erschlossener Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Zürich, Bern oder Basel.
