Die Position • In deiner Rolle berätst du Architekt:innen, Behörden sowie private und gewerbliche Bauherrschaften zu Neubau, Umbau und Sanierung mit Fokus auf Bauphysik, Akustik und Nachhaltigkeit • Du erhebst bauphysikalische Kennwerte auf der Baustelle, wertest Messreihen und Simulationen im Büro aus und leitest daraus Schallschutz-, Raumakustik-, Energie- und Ökologie-Konzepte ab • Als Ansprechperson für Zertifizierungen begleitest du Projekte durch Labels wie Minergie, erstellst Nachweise (z. B. GEAK) und prüfst Materialien hinsichtlich Gesundheits- und Umweltverträglichkeit • Je nach Projekt entwickelst du Sanierungslösungen, erarbeitest Nachweise oder begleitest Fördergesuche • Mit deinem Know-how bringst du dich in Akquisegespräche ein, baust Beziehungen aus und führst Projekte im interdisziplinären Team zum Ziel

Dein Profil • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Gebäudetechnik oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation • Erfahrung in Bauphysik und Motivation, Projekte eigenständig zu führen oder in die Projektleitung hineinzuwachsen • Freude an analytischem Arbeiten sowie an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen • Kenntnisse der Schweizer Normen (z. B. Minergie, GEAK) sind von Vorteil, jedoch kannst du fehlendes Wissen gezielt im Job aufbauen • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse und Teamgeist runden dein Profil ab
