Du leitest anspruchsvolle Projekte in den Bereichen Bauphysik und Akustik bei Neu\- und Umbauten – von der ersten Idee bis zur Fertigstellung. Dabei entwickelst du gemeinsam mit Architektur\- und Planungsbüros sowie Bauherrschaften tragfähige, wirtschaftliche und praxisnahe Lösungen.

  • Selbstständige Projektleitung mit Verantwortung für Qualität, Termine und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Beratung zu Wärme\-, Feuchte\- und Schallschutz sowie Raumakustik
  • Erstellung von Nachweisen, Berechnungen und Fachberichten
  • Direkter Austausch mit unserer Kundschaft und unseren Projektpartner/innen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Akquisition und Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsangebots

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Umweltingenieurwesen oder Physik bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Bauphysik oder Umwelttechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Bauphysik und/oder Akustik
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Kundenkontakten, Akquisition und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Interesse an der Entwicklung neuer Themen
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
