Verstärke unser Team als Projektleiter CNC\-Fertigung und übernimm Verantwortung von der ersten Kundenanfrage bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung des Auftrags.

Für unseren Bereich CNC\-Fertigung suchen wir eine engagierte, technisch versierte Persönlichkeit mit Erfahrung in der Zerspanung und Freude am Kundenkontakt. Du verbindest technisches Know\-how mit Verkaufsgeschick und sorgst dafür, dass aus Kundenanfragen erfolgreiche Projekte werden.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Neukundenaquise und aktive Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Kundenberatung und technische Betreuung
  • Entgegennahme und technische Beurteilung von Kundenanfragen
  • Erstellung und Kalkulation von Offerten
  • Technische Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR) und Ausarbeitung von Fertigungslösungen
  • Projektleitung und Koordination der Aufträge mit Produktion und internen Fachstellen
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität
  • Begleitung und Betreuung der Kunden während der gesamten Projektabwicklung
  • Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Entwicklung passender technischer Lösungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Kundenportfolios und unseres Fertigungsangebots

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker EFZ oder eine vergleichbare technische Grundausbildung
  • Weiterbildung im technisch\-kaufmännischen Bereich, beispielsweise Technischer , Prozessfachmann, Techniker HF oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der CNC\-Fertigung und ein gutes Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung
  • Freude an Kundenkontakt, Beratung und Verkauf
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Französisch\- und Englischkenntnisse
