  • Leiten und Steuern von anspruchsvollen Elektroplanungsprojekten – von der Konzeptphase bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Übernahme der Stellvertretung des Niederlassungsleiters am Standort Basel
  • Koordinieren interner und externer Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellen einer strukturierten, lösungsorientierten Projektabwicklung mit Blick für technische Qualität und Effizienz
  • Einbringen von technischem Know\-how in der Elektroplanung
  • Aktives Mitwirken im operativen Tagesgeschäft und eigenständiges Vorantreiben von Aufgaben in einem modernen, dynamischen Umfeld

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich (Elektroplaner:in, Elektrozeichner:in, Elektromonteur:in) mit Weiterbildung als Projektleiter:in, Meister:in, TS/HF oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Elektroplanung sowie nachweisliche Projektleitungspraxis
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie überzeugendes, kommunikatives Auftreten
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und konzeptionelles Denken
  • Hohe Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
