Für unseren Standort Schwyz/ Ibach suchen wir Verstärkung: eine Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, vernetzt denkt und spannende Elektro\-Engineering Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung erfolgreich begleitet.

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Fundierte technische Ausbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH, zum Beispiel als BSc Gebäude\-Elektroengineering, BSc Elektrotechnik, eidg. dipl. Elektroinstallateur\*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Leitung von Elektro\-Engineering\-Projekten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Bauherrschaften, Architekten, Fachplanern und Unternehmern
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Akquisition neuer Projekte
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse an innovativen und nachhaltigen Lösungen in der Gebäudetechnik
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Selbständige Leitung und Bearbeitung von Elektro\-Engineering\-Projekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg
  • Verantwortung für die Gebäudetechnik im Bereich Elektro\-Engineering von der Vorprojektphase bis zur Schlussabrechnung
  • Erstellung von Konzeptstudien, Projektierungen, Ausschreibungen und Ausführungsplanungen
  • Fachbauleitung sowie Überwachung von Kosten, Qualität und Terminen
  • Fachliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden mit technischem Know\-how und innovativen Ideen
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherrschaften, Architekten, Fachplanern, Unternehmern und Behörden
  • Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung des Projektteams
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Akquisition von Kunden und Projektaufträgen
  • Entwicklung von wirtschaftlichen, nachhaltigen und praxisorientierten Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Projekte
