Gestalte mit uns die Infrastruktur von morgen: Als *Projektleiter\in Elektro Engineering Infrastrukturprojekte (BSA) 80\-100 % (m/w/d)** übernimmst du in Luzern die Verantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung von Betriebs\- und Sicherheitsausrüstungen in Strassen\- und Bahnprojekten. Du führst Projekte selbstständig von der Konzeptphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme und koordinierst dabei Auftraggebende, Fachplaner und Ausführungspartner.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Leitung und Bearbeitung von Infrastrukturprojekten im Bereich Betriebs\- und Sicherheitsausrüstung (BSA)
  • Entwicklung und Ausarbeitung von Konzeptstudien, Vor\- und Detailprojekten
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Ausführungsprojekten
  • Fachliche Führung des Projektteams sowie Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten
  • Verantwortung für Kosten, Termine und Qualität der Projekte
  • Begleitung der Bauausführung sowie Unterstützung der Inbetriebnahmen
  • Direkter Kontakt zu Auftraggebenden, Behörden und Partnerunternehmen
  • Weiterentwicklung von technischen Lösungen, Standards und Prozessen

Das bringst du mit

  • Technische Ausbildung auf Stufe FH, HF oder vergleichbar im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gebäude\-Elektroengineering oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Elektro\-Engineering, idealerweise im Infrastrukturbereich
  • Erfahrung in der Projektleitung und Koordination von Planungsteams
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Betriebs\- und Sicherheitsanlagen (BSA) von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
